網上商店維持24小時服務

天文台發出3號或以上颶風或暴風信號，紅色暴雨或以上時，所有交收服務將會暫停。網上商店亦將天文台發出信號後30分鐘暫停交易，
直至另行通知。

Online shop will be operating 24 hours a day. For Typhoon signal 3 or above and red rainstorm warning signal is effected, all services will be suspended. Online store will also terminating shop services 30 minutes after signal is effected.

如何辦理退貨／換貨手續 What is your returns policy?

如發現收到的貨品有任何直接損壞， 歡迎使用網上顧客服務辦理 (必須出示收據及貨品) 。所有寄賣貨品暫時未能從本店退換，但我們會盡力幫忙。

Receiving damaged items can be returned or replaced through online customer service (receipt and damaged goods for exchange are expected). Indeed, all consignment goods could not be exchange or refund but we could try to provide assistance.
